The Tradition of My Family was invited to compete in Cinequest's Viewer's Voice competition.
This is an on-line competition, of which the winners are screened at Cinequest Film Festival in March. While flattering, allowing
the film to be show on-line will disqualify it from many other festivals, so we have declined the invitation.
17-DEC-2005:
In The Tradition of My Family
was screened at a fund raiser for the Brattle Theatre/Boston Underground Film Festival. It was the final film of an hour-long
program. About 50 people from the local filmmaking and film festival community were in attendance and the film received great
compliments from many audience members.
4-DEC-2005:
In
The Tradition of My Family was accepted into its first film festival! The Boston Underground Film
Festival will take place March 22-26, 2006. Scheduling details will be at the
Boston Underground Film Festival web site.
25-OCT-2005:
In
The Tradition of My Family had its premiere screening for cast, crew, family and friends
on Sunday October 23, 2005 (see photo on this page). The very well-attended event was a great success! The film has been scored
and is now in the final stages of post-production.
1-SEP-2005:
Now titled In
The Tradition of My Family, the film is in rough cut. Michael Berenbaum, A.C.E., recently completed his edit.
Next is music scoring, titles and credits design, sound design and final sound mix when picture lock is achieved.
